First Time Stories

My First Day at School - sent in by Sam Atkinson

I remember having all my pictures taken with my older brother and him and my mum taking me to my to see the teacher. One of my friends from playschool was in the same class as me, she was more nervous than me so I looked after her. I had a really good first day and even got a badge with a rabbit on it.

When I first moved out - sent in by Jade Laker

I was moving out to uni so it was 3 hours away from my mum and dad's. I only decided 5 weeks before I wanted to go to uni so it was all a bit surreal. When they left, I wanted to follow them, but looking back now it was the best move I had ever made.
